1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and joliok ("joliok," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the joliok website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at joliok.vip.

By registering a joliok account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the joliok platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the joliok platform and close your account.

joliok reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of joliok following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of joliok is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming laws and regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not permitted to hold joliok player accounts.
• You are accessing joliok from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any joliok employee or affiliated gaming partner.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from joliok or had a joliok account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

joliok employs age verification procedures during the registration process and may, at any time, request documentary proof of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID showing date of birth (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID).

3 Account Registration & Management

To access joliok's gaming services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. joliok must be notified promptly of any changes to your contact details. joliok is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain only one joliok account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or device used — is strictly prohibited. joliok uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joliok login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. joliok will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to joliok support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification. joliok may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching certain deposit or wagering thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on joliok are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). joliok does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. joliok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment channels as displayed at the time of transaction. Available methods may change without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your joliok wallet instantly. Bank transfers may require up to one (1) banking business day to reflect.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. joliok reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

4.6 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the joliok cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and player verification tier.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

joliok offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• joliok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, joliok's decision is final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on joliok are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own set of rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.

6.1 Certified Random Outcomes. All random number generators (RNGs) used in joliok's game library are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, dice, roulette wheels) under real-time video surveillance.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome integrity, joliok reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. joliok is not liable for any losses claimed to result from software or hardware malfunction.

6.3 Disconnection Policy. If a player's internet connection is interrupted during a game, the outcome will be determined according to the server-side game state at the time of disconnection. joliok is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the joliok platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with joliok games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorized payment credentials.
• Creating or operating multiple player accounts.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in joliok software or game mathematics.
• Using joliok in connection with any criminal activity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with joliok's software or systems.

8 Responsible Gaming

joliok is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players in the Philippines. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

8.1 Self-Exclusion. Players may voluntarily request self-exclusion from the joliok platform for a defined period (minimum 7 days, up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be closed to all gaming activity.

8.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their joliok account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

8.3 Reality Check. joliok provides optional session time alerts to help players monitor the duration of their gaming sessions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the joliok platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, logos, graphics, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the intellectual property of joliok or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the joliok platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works based on any joliok content without express prior written consent from joliok.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, joliok's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the joliok platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joliok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the joliok platform.

joliok does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use joliok at their own risk.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

joliok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a joliok account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the joliok Privacy Policy.

joliok complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Player data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

joliok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, joliok will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at joliok.vip/terms-conditions. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the joliok platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to joliok's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines with proper jurisdiction. Players retain all rights available to them under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
